Are you a Project Manager from a Construction / Architectural / Leisure background looking to join a long-standing and highly regarded company, where you will be responsible for managing a range of technically exciting design and build bespoke projects in a role offering the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the future success of the business and to continually progress to senior roles?
This business are an industry leader in bespoke leisure projects. Offering services from Private residential, Commercial, Hotel, Spa and Wellness. With a multi-million pound turnover they now require a new Project Manager to assist the highly skilled team.
In this role you will be split between hybrid, office and site based managing your own day, handling a number of construction projects from concept to completion. You will be holding chair meetings with clients and contractors, monitoring project progress, and dealing with contract instructions. This role will also require you to be skilled in procurement and solution finding.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a construction/ architectural background or with experience working in a subcontracting business, looking to advance their career in prestigious and bespoke projects. All while being offered Hybrid working, flexi-time, company van and progression to Directorship.
The Role:
* Running multiple bespoke leisure projects
* Procurement for projects
* Moving projects from design to construction stage
* Meetings with clients, contractors, internal departments
* Hybrid, site visits and office based
* Monday-Friday 9-5 (overtime if required to meet deadlines)
The Person:
* Project Manager or similar
* Construction/ Architectural / Leisure background
* Design and build experience
* Commutable to London- happy to cover sites in and around London
