Job Advertisement: Project Supervisor (Building Services Contract)
Location: Willesden, North West London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to 350 per day
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team for a building service contract in Willesden, North West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the building service contract.
- Manage site teams and ensure work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for effective communication and project delivery.
- Ensure safety compliance and efficient project execution on site.
- Conduct site inspections and report on progress.
- Handle any issues or delays effectively and promptly.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous management experience in a similar role.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (essential).
- Must hold an enhanced DBS certificate (essential).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
