Roofing Project Manager

We are currently working with a multi discipline contractor who are looking to add a Roofing Project Manager to theRoofing Division following a sucsessful year of company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee the delivery of industrial roofing projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project programmes and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring efficiency and productivity across sites.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare, review, and implement risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
• Monitor installation work to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend project meetings, provide updates, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, labour allocation, costs, and variations.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of industrial roofing systems, including flat roofing, pitched roofing, metal systems, single-ply, felt, cladding, and guttering.
• Familiarity with industry standards, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management within industrial or commercial roofing.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
