Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a high-rise residential project near Brixton during the Pre-Construction and Construction phases.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing successful PCSA processes and high-rise RC Frame structures.
Experience with Network Rail's Assess Protection Team requirements and BAPA engagement is beneficial for this role.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the procurement and management of subcontractors, as well as ensuring Health & Safety and quality standards are met.
The position offers a generous salary and package, with the opportunity to work for a well-established main contractor with over 30 years of experience in delivering high-quality projects.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, self motivated, professional Senior Project Manager to lead a team during Pre- Construction phase (PCSA) through to Construction Phase for a Residential RC Frame high rise project near Brixton.

About the Senior Project Manager role:

The Senior Project Manager will work alongside the Managing Surveyor to manage the project team including bot the design managers and site team.

Experience of running and completing a successful PCSA is essential.
You will be working alongside network railway and therefore demonstrating experience of a BAPA engagement and compliance with Network Rail's Assess Protection Team requirements would benefit you
Experience with High rise RC Frame structures is essential, especially within the residential sector.
You will be number one on site and be responsible for the procurement and management of subcontractors
You will be responsible for the Site team, Health & Safety and Quality of the project
The right candidate should be able to demonstrate when they have led a project circa 30million as the number one on site on programme and within budget.
