The Job Role:

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Block Manager to oversee a portfolio including some of the companys key clients. Youll be managing a diverse range of developments, working closely with both the team and clients to maintain the high-quality, personal service that sets this company apart. This position offers a hybrid working schedule.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of properties across South West London
  • Building strong relationships with leaseholders, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth management.
  • Attending and chairing AGMs.
  • Coordinating maintenance schedules and major works projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets.
  • Supporting junior team members, offering mentorship and guidance when needed.
  • Ensuring that clients receive a direct, high-quality service that reflects the firms commitment to accessibility and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Block Management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management, particularly in relation to RMC, RTM, and Freeholder client types.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage service charge budgets and an understanding of the financial aspects of block management.
  • Knowledge of leasehold law and health & safety regulations.
  • A proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindsetenjoying both the serious and lighter sides of the job.
