Senior Construction Project Manager
Salary: Up to 100k
Project: East London, High Volume Residential Project
Project Value: 150m +
Do you know how to manage TFL as a stakeholder? Our client is looking for a Senior PM to manage a large scale residential build. This build is close to a railway station so needs someone who knows the intricacies of TFL bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project from start to finish
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Managing people and materials on site
Requirements
- Experience managing projects in conjunction with Network Rail and or TFL
- 5+ years of experience
- CSCS Black Card
- NVQ Lvl 6
- First Aid and Fire Marshall qualifications preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
