The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

In this role, the Senior Construction Project Manager will have the thrilling opportunity to lead and contribute to groundbreaking projects across the region. The role demands a professional adept at supervising complex construction projects from initial conceptualization to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead and oversee various projects across sectors like commercial, retail, and education.
Guide projects through initial RIBA stages, ensuring strong foundational planning.
Develop and implement strategic project programs to ensure overall project success.
Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and project goals.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

A degree in Construction/Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
Ideally Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, APM), or actively working towards it.
Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager within a Consultancy setting.
Extensive knowledge and experience in managing large-scale Real Estate projects.
Proficiency in client communication, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
