Senior Design Manager - London
My client is seeking a Design Manager to be based in London. The organisation is main contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes up to 50million in value across multiple sectors.
Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 (DOE)
Design Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design process from conception to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals
- Review and provide feedback on design concepts, drawings, and specifications
- Oversee the preparation and submission of design documents and construction drawing
- Undertake site visits as required
The ideal candidate will have experience working on large residential and commercial schemes.
