A Senior Electrical Project Manager is required for a company based in Liverpool Street Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager for aM&E Sub contractor with a turnover of 70m who have recently won a number of commercial Fit Outsprojects. The project is a 7m commercial fit out based in Central London.
Your Duites as the Senior Electrical Project Manager
- Manage Fullelectrical installations and refurbishments of offices ranging from 1m- 10m
- Overseeing the Electrical Design and reverting back to the Electrical team
- Defined work schedules, prepared estimates of materials requirements, managed procurement.
- To manage a Full Electrrical install from start tocompletion.
- Maintained coordination with all sub-contractors and main contractor
- Liaised with all other trades.
- Conducted review meeting,
- Day to Day organising of the Project, assigning tasks to the supervisors.
- Managing Technical Submittals.
The pay for the Senior Electrical Project Manager position will be 80k - 85k+ package including bonus if targets are met.
