Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with a leading global FM service provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager for their healthcare client based in South East London.

The role is a permanent full time position with a starting salary up to £65k and an ASAP start.

The ideal candidate here will have a Soft FM cleaning contract background and ideally healthcare experience.

The successful Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for:

  • overall management of the teams include domestic, portering, security, and contract management of pest control, window cleaning, grounds and gardens with direct responsibility for managing clients and clinical users across the portfolio.

The successful Senior Facilities Manager will be able to demonstrate:

  • experience of leading and managing a Soft FM/domestic contract team in a healthcare environment
  • experience in ensuring promoting and ensuring compliance to H&S requirements
  • excellent communication and people management skills
