Senior Facilities Manager responsibilities
路 Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
路 Supervise and support the reception team to ensure a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
路 Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and budgeting
路 Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with external vendors for services such as cleaning and security
路 Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and operational
路 Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and communications
路 Establish and manage relationships with office service providers and vendors
路 Negotiate contracts and ensure services are delivered according to agreed terms
路 Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service levels
路 Develop and implement short- and long-term facility and office management strategies to align with business objectives
路 Prepare and manage the annual facilities and office budget, ensuring cost control and resource optimization
路 Identify and execute capital improvement projects, sustainability initiatives, and office enhancements
路 Select, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts for services such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and office supplies
路 Collaborate with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners to deliver high-quality office services
路 Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon service levels
路 Lead, mentor, and develop a facilities and office management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
路 Ensure appropriate training, certification, and professional development for staff
路 Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and evaluations
