A well-established M&E contractor specialising in commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects across the UK is seeking Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a 35mil Commercial Shell & Core Project located in the City Of London.
This company has cemented its status as a leading competitor in the building services market and is one of the industry's largest independent contractors.

Responibilites:
- Lead the project ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Oversee and mentor Project Managers, reviewing reports and progress.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor schedules.
- Identify risks, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Manage budgets, approve variations, and oversee cost control.
- Maintain strong relationships and lead high-level meetings.
- Ensure design compliance, approve changes, and uphold standards.
