Job Title: Senior Project Manager, UK
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid with occasinoal travel to London & project sites)
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise the end-to-end project management for BESS projects across Europe, develop and manage large-scale project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and clients to enhance project outcomes and relationships
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven track record in managing renewable energy projects in the European region.
Extensive experience in large-scale project delivery and coordination.
Expertise in grid-scale BESS project management.
Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
Ability to travel within Europe and internationally as required.
