Senior Project Manager - Prime Residential Renovation
GM Recruitment is proud to recruit for this pivotal position within an established specialist contractor. Our client specialise in the renovation of private domestic properties in London's most prestigious neighbourhoods. Typical project value between 1-10M with each project covering a single dwelling.
Position Overview:
Based between multiple projects and the central London office the Senior Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, monitoring and oversight, and strategic leadership of the management team. All while planning and managing cost and build schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with all stakeholders: designers, architects, clients, and suppliers
- Manage the team and schedule to ensure all weekly sign-offs and targets are met.
- Develop a detailed understanding of projects and program.
- High-level conflict and dispute resolution
- Risk and cost management
Requirements:
- Project Management experience within the prime residential sector
- Strong commercial acumen.
- A proactive approach with the ability to learn new technologies.
- A proven understanding of all H&S regulations, policies, standards, and legislation within the industry.
