Morgan Law is currently supporting the Royal British Legion recruit for a Senior Project Manager, who will support on the delivery of complex projects within their Transformation Management Office portfolio.

This role will lead a programme of work focused on the re-design and development of Haig House to increase value and benefit, reduce outgoings as well as promoting closer collaboration and effective ways of working.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery from initiation through to outcome delivery across a wide range of areas.
  • Lead and deliver projects in alignment with the overarching goals, ensuring timely, cost- effective, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues to mitigate impact, ensuring appropriate escalation where needed.
  • Design, implement and maintain detailed project plans and a project structure to support the effective delivery of project goals. Manage project interdependencies effectively.
  • Support strong governance frameworks, ensuring reports are provided regularly, and in line with gateway processes, and recommendations are implemented.
  • Identify and deploy the necessary skills and resources required to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop and track projects budgets, including cost estimation, and variance analysis. Providing timely and accurate reporting.
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and members of the multi-disciplinary project team.
  • Empower Subject Matter Experts in change management, impact assessment, and evaluation to support the effective delivery of the project, ensuring that comprehensive short, medium, and long-term impact and evaluation plans are established.

Person Specification:

  • Track record delivering end-to-end project management from definition to closure and benefits realisation.
  • Experience of successfully managing the redesign of office spaces including commercial lets.
  • Recognised Project Management qualifications

Location: London office/hybrid roles. Min requirement of 2 days per week in our Haig House Head Office.
