Our client is a contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to join the team on a mixed use residential scheme in West London.
The project consists of 610 residential units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value 150m.
The position will report into the Project Director.
Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading mixed use residential developments in excess of 50m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 100k - 110k + full package & bonus.
