4Site Recruitment are seeking a driven and passionate Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the high-end residential construction industry.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex, multi-faceted projects that require strong leadership, strategic planning, and seamless execution. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes, ensuring projects meet both client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project updates.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant legal, safety, and quality standards.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Create detailed project plans, dashboards, and status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project delivery efficiency.

Please note previous experience in supporting project teams, along with demonstrated management experience or relevant qualifications, is required. Hands-on experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
