The Opportunity

A leading Hospitality client requires a Senior Project Manager to lead transformative technology and business change projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technology and change experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective governance through scope control, budget management, and planning.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Manage multiple technology and business change projects across the organization and its wider group.
  • Tailor project approaches and communication styles based on complexity, risk, and audience.
  • Build relationships by engaging with teams at every level, including frontline and head office teams.

Skills + Experience

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple, complex projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficient in project governance, budget management, and planning.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Background in retail, leisure, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong knowledge of business systems and commercial operations.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as APM, Prince2, or AgilePM.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for embracing and driving change.
