Solution is looking to attract the skills and services of a Senior Project Manager specialising in cut & carve refurbishment from cradle to grave. Our client is a highly respected and established (1960) main contractor undertaking complex refurbishments across commercial offices , theatres , student accommodation, mixed use , education and healthcare sectors up to 30m in value.

Owing to continued success , project awards and progressive business growth ( T/O 150m) they wish to appoint a project lead for a 15m commercial office structural refurbishment occupying a commanding position near Charing cross , Temple.

They are looking for an allrounder with the capability to coach people whilst fronting clients and the driving the project. You will be able to demonstrate a successful history gained with top 30 main contractors holding relevant structurally complex diverse project experience including values. Applications are welcome from trade or graduate backgrounds ( BSC hons)
