They are looking for someone with strong residential and commercial experience, long stints in similar roles, strong façade experience would also be a benefit but you must have experience working for main contractors.

The successful Senior Project Manager will have:

Prior experience working on similar value projects for developers or principle contractors
Steady work history with long stints in each job
Experience working as the Project Lead
