Our client is currently looking for several Senior Project Managers to join them on a permanent basis. As the Senior Project Manager, we are looking for someone who has extensive experince working within Financial Services and have managed a number of large projects and have significant experience and leadership skills.

Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote
Contract: Permanent, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to 78,000 DOE

Responsibilities

Identify and report key success criteria / measurements for successful delivery of the project (Cost, Time and Quality)
Lead and drive the delivery team, ensure the right calibre of staff are assigned to the project with the relevant skill set profile and ownership.
Lead or take ownership of the governance for the Project, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are engaged and accountable for their aspect of the delivery.
Ensuring the right culture and attitude is embedded in how we operate to achieve successful business outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven project management track record in a delivery environment
Previous experience within a Financial Services/regulated environment is essential.
Understands and follows project management methodology.
Can demonstrate experience in Agile and Waterfall development methods.
Has proven leadership managing a diverse multi-disciplined virtual team.
The ability to work with senior stakeholders to develop a long-term strategy and shape the future road map.
