The role for the Senior Project Manager:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex aviation construction projects within live operational environments. Your collaborative and detail-oriented approach will be crucial in delivering exceptional results for clients and communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle for aviation construction projects.
- Lead and direct multi-disciplinary professional teams.
- Advise clients on project costs, schedules, risks, and issues.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Produce comprehensive monthly reports, including project programs and risk registers.
- Implement effective communication tools and develop delivery plans.
- Drive continuous performance improvement and challenge the status quo.
What You Bring as a Senior Project Manager:
- A Project Management qualification (APM, RICS, or similar) or working towards one.
- Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in live environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing multi-disciplinary teams.
- A solid understanding of pre- and post-contract Project Management responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
