My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital projects across a diverse portfolio of UK-based properties. This dynamic role involves managing a range of significant projects and the position requires regular travel to various locations across the UK, ensuring seamless project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

What you will need:

  • Experience in managing multiple construction projects, including refurbishments and renovations in operational hotels, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations, building standards, and health & safety compliance while confidently interpreting technical and architectural drawings.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and teams, building strong relationships and solving problems analytically.
  • Commercial awareness, proficiency in IT tools, and flexibility to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.

What you‘ll do:

  • Lead projects through all phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and government regulations.
  • Oversee renovations and refurbishments, providing clear guidance to contractors and suppliers, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Draft reports, manage specifications, and work closely with internal teams for seamless knowledge sharing and alignment.
