Henry Martin Group are partnered with a global, leading main contractorwho are seeking a Senior Planner. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between 50Mil - 500Mil+
You will report into the Lead Planner on a 500m+ Shell & Core, Residential Scheme. The Lead Planner will work predominantly client side, with yourself leading the day to day planning responsibilities. This is a site based role and the client needs a strong character. You will work closely with the different subcontractor teams coordinating works, ensuring that work is moving according to the programme. There are multiple MEP and Fit Out Contractors involved with this project.
Your background will need to include a strong track record in project planning. This could be in a planning role, or a Project Manager with good planning/programming experience.
