- Manage Reward projects, including job levelling and bonus frameworks.
- Supervise and support two Reward Analysts.
- Analyse complex reward data and present insights to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in reward policies.

- Extensive experience in compensation management and Reward projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple Reward initiatives within a professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management experience.
