Are you a strategic and experienced business professional ready to lead and manage key operations across two schools? SANZA Teaching Agency is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior School Business Manager to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of two schools in North West London.
The RoleAs the Senior School Business Manager, you will:
- Oversee the financial management of both schools, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Manage the schools' HR functions, including recruitment, contracts, and compliance with employment legislation.
- Take responsibility for health and safety across both sites, ensuring that policies are implemented, risk assessments are carried out, and staff and students have a safe environment.
- Lead on facilities management, overseeing site maintenance, vendor contracts, and capital projects.
- Develop and implement strategies for school improvement, working closely with the leadership team to support educational goals.
- Manage safeguarding procedures in all non-educational areas, ensuring the schools meet high standards of welfare and protection.
- Mentor and supervise administrative and operational staff, building capacity and ensuring effective collaboration across both sites.

The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a professional who:
- Holds a qualification in School Business Management (SBM) or a comparable field.
- Has extensive experience in financial management, HR, health and safety, and facilities management within an educational setting.
- Demonstrates strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to manage complex operations across multiple sites.
- Is knowledgeable about safeguarding procedures and committed to maintaining high standards of student welfare.
- Has excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and the community.
