Our client, a global brand in the creative sector, is recruiting a Workplace & Project Manager, to join their Property Service team in their UK head office, located in a great central location- Kings Cross, London. We are looking for someone with experience of leading office moves, space planning, and a strong understanding of H&S.Â
The property services department looks after all building and facilities services and their mission is to deliver a dynamic and innovative service, providing services to 7 satellite sites based around greater London and to deliver a 5-star service to staff and visitors alike, thinking in proactive and creative ways to drive value and service within a fun and creative environment.
Job purpose of the Workplace & Project Manager will be directly involved in the delivery of the following services:
- Workspace strategy
- Space planning
- Projects management
- Moves
- Internal client relationship
- Contractors' management
- Health & safety
- Creation of work permit and build a strong relationship with the landlords
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in managing large office projects
- Strong knowledge of building systems
- Project, workplace and move management experience is essential.
- A sound understanding of all aspects of professional facilities management, delivering services to high measured standards.
- Exceptional diplomacy and Influencing skills with good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proactively promotes and drives change.
- Ensures appropriate professional working standards are maintained.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Holds NEBOSH or equivalent H&S certificate.
