Following growth of the company CIS Security Ltd has an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning In-House Training team to continue to provide service excellence through our delivery of training! Our ideal candidate will have a chance to fully support our colleagues and customers on the continuous growth of the business and strengthen all aspects of our Training, Learning & Development Department .
In addition to the vital delivery of our full suite of industry training and qualifications you will be included in all aspects of our colleague development programmes, ranging from the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of our specialist training as well as involvement in our various Leadership, Managerial and Supervisory programmes.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with all departments of the CIS family, fully understanding and embracing our culture, ethos, and delivery across the capital and beyond and meet and work with our team looking after a range of iconic buildings.
Information:
- Job Title: In-House Company Trainer
- Salary: £47,500 per annum + Benefits
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shifts: Monday to Friday (as per business needs)

Courses to Deliver:
- Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry
- Level 2 Award for Working as a CCTV Operator within the Private Security Industry
- Level 2 Award for CCTV Operators (Public Space Surveillance) in the Private Security Industry
- Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (Refresher)
- Level 2 Award for Security Officers in the Private Security Industry (Refresher)
- Physical Intervention
- In House Courses
A teaching qualification is essential:
- Minimum of a level 3 award in education and training (AET)
Other required qualifications:
- Level 3 Certificate in Conflict Management
- Level 3 Physical Intervention Delivery/Teaching Certificate
- Valid SIA License in Door Supervision (Held for at least 2 years)
