Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Asset Manager with experience in Commercial Property, specifically in Landlord & Tenant roles.
This position is a rolling contract with the UK Government, lasting until the end of March 2025, with the possibility of extension.
The role offers hybrid working options in either Birmingham or London, requiring one day per week in the office.
Candidates should have public sector experience in commercial property and strong stakeholder management skills; MRICS qualification is a plus.

We are currently recruiting for Assistant Asset Manager with experience in Commercial Property Experience (Landlord & Tennant) to join a rolling contract (end of March 2025 + possibility of ext) with the UK Gov, hybrid working in Birmingham or London
