Pear Recruitment - Assistant Property Manager Wapping

Salary - £25,000 - £27,000

Hours - Monday to Thursday 9:30am - 6:30pm, Friday 10am - 2pm, Every other Saturday 10am - 2pm

Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity for an assistant property manager to join their team in Wapping. The successful candidate would play a key role in dealing with a portfolio of around 60 properties.

They are looking for a passionate and determined candidate with impeccable standards and the ability to impress through results.

Skills required:

  • Looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including
  • Minor repairs,
  • Major refurbishments,
  • Insurance claims,
  • Property visits,
  • Inspections etc.
  • Arranging mandatory safety checks,
  • Booking pre tenancy works,
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements,
  • Negotiating
  • Tenancy Renewals

About you:

  • Well organized
  • An excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties.
  • Have strong communication skills,
  • Well presented
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Experience of supporting a fast-paced team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Problem solving
  • Knowledge of lettings legislations
