About the Role
As an Assistant Property Relations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for our tenants from moving in to vacation. You'll handle tenant compliance, property inspections, viewings and problem-solving, helping to maintain high standards and strong relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Ensuring tenants comply with Licence Agreements and addressing any breaches
Managing rent payments, issuing notices, and resolving disputes
Conducting property inspections and addressing issues proactively
Organizing and conducting property viewings, responding to inquiries
Managing move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless process
What We're Looking For
2+ years of customer service experience in a tenant-facing or property-related role
Strong problem-solving skills: You think fast and act decisively
Excellent communication: Both written and verbal, with great attention to detail
Tech-savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office and property management software
Self-motivated & proactive: You take ownership and get things done
Bonus Points For:
Knowledge of property law, mediation, or debt collection
Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB) issues
Understanding of the London property market and transport networks
