A major international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join one of its Corporate Credit teams who are focused on Commercial Real Estate.

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Managing new and existing commercial real estate relationships
  • Being point of contact for client enquiries
  • Credit reviews/analysis and credit rating models
  • Attending client meetings and property inspections
  • Monitoring non-performing loans - arrears management, loan recovery strategies
  • Liaising with solicitors/receivers etc
  • Completing the Transaction Completion Process post credit approval
  • Overseeing onboarding and CDD
  • Supporting the Senior RM’s in complex transactions for the successful delivery of business opportunities

Your experience must include:

  • Proven corporate credit analysis/relationship skills covering a Real Estate portfolio gained within banking
  • Good understanding of credit policy, loan risk and LMA loan documentation
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and oral
  • Being a team player who works well to deadlines

Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the office.
