Associate required to join an independent and growing Commercial Property Consultancy, based from their Birmingham or London office. rowing property consultancy that specialises in property management, asset management, leasing, and investment across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. With a focus on shopping centres, retail parks, office and mixed-use schemes, their portfolio spans key locations across the UK. They currently have over 90 staff and 5 offices across the UK with continued growth plans.

The Associate will be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio, serving as the primary contact for clients and occupiers while delivering tailored, strategic advice aligned with their objectives. Ensures strong financial management, fosters client relationships, participates in business initiatives, and contributes to growth through local networking and market expertise. Actively supports team development by mentoring junior staff, promoting best practices, and staying informed on industry trends and regulations.



Associate- Property Management Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (possibly more for the right candidate)
