Associate Director - Property Management 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (£55,000 - £60,000 + package)

Your new companyI am currently working with an International Property Consultancy who are seeking an Associate Director in Property Management on a 6-Month FTC in London/ South East. You will be working on a National Portfolio for a specific client that encompasses the whole of the UK. The role is very heavily client-facing and must be Chartered in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Your new role

  • Providing high quality Property Management
  • Management of Lease / Tenancy Schedules
  • Liaising with the client, their solicitors, stakeholders and tenants on a daily basis
  • High level stakeholder management in a client-facing role
  • Attending regular client meetings
  • Carrying out regular property inspections on a risk-based frequency
  • Dealing with individual tenant requests and ensuring these are dealt with by the most appropriate team in a timely manner
  • Assisting with preparation of reports for client meetings
  • Management of income arrears and recovery (supported by a dedicated credit controller), invoice approvals, setting up new properties, maintaining the property database, updating the Operational Support team and Tramps, etc
  • Due diligence for acquisitions and disposals
  • Attending client meetings
  • Attendance and positive contributions at team and department meetings

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualification to a degree level
  • Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • Experience managing Commercial Properties and Rural Estate Management
