AUCTION SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Battersea, SW18
Salary: OTE £100k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for an experienced AuctionSales Negotiator to join a forward-thinking Estate Agency in Battersea, SW18.
We are looking for a fabulous, multi-skilled dynamic individual to fill this role but some experience in the auctions and a desire to learn will also be considered.
You will need to have a great track record in Residential Sales preferably within the auction sector. You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.
You need to be able to work independently as well as working as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

Skills required for this Auction Sales Negotiatorrole will include:
- Experience in Auction Residential Sales
- Superb selling and negotiation skills
- Thorough knowledge of the auction sales process
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Battersea area helpful
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
