Next Chapter Talent are seeking a seasoned Block Manager to join their client who are an accomplished and trusted property group, built on a foundation of expertise and excellence over many years. You will be based from their stunning offices local to Maida Vale and tasked with managing a local portfolio which is reachable by foot! With an excellent reputation for both client and team satisfaction, this role presents the perfect opportunity for those eager to contribute to the continued growth of the business by enhancing service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service for both clients and residents.
  • Develop and implement effective service charge budgets, financial strategies, and maintenance plans to optimise property performance and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, residents, and external partners, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining high retention rates.
  • Lead and motivate junior staff, providing training, support, and development opportunities to foster a productive team environment.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless coordination of property management tasks and projects, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.

  • Previous experience in block management, with a solid understanding of property management best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
