The Role:
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained.
  • Conduct site inspections and liaise with leaseholders, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage service charge budgets and oversee financial expenditure.
  • Handle AGMs, directors' meetings, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
The Requirements:
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
  • Previous experience managing a property portfolio, either as an Assistant Property Manager or Junior Property Manager.
