- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and residents regarding all block-related matters.
- Manage the portfolio effectively and address queries related to blocks or properties.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, policies, fire risk assessments, and health and safety reports.
- Coordinate and oversee major works programming and associated reserve funds in line with lease agreements, working closely with surveyors and contractors.
- Manage service agreements and contracts related to block management.
- Conduct regular inspections of residential blocks as per client management agreements.
- Collaborate with client accounts to prepare and manage budgets for each block.
- Monitor expenditure against budget, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and addressing outstanding debtors.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including databases and relevant property management software.
