Key Responsibilities- Oversee a portfolio of residential buildings, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with property regulations
- Manage service charge budgets, assist with year-end accounts, and oversee financial aspects of property management
- Conduct regular site inspections, handle maintenance and repairs, and liaise with contractors to maintain high standards
- Attend AGMs and Directors' meetings, providing professional advice to leaseholders and stakeholders
- At least two years of experience in leasehold property management
- Strong understanding of service charge budgeting, major works, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A relevant industry qualification (TPI preferred) and the ability to travel to sites when needed
- Hybrid working with flexible hours
- Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience
