Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of residential buildings, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with property regulations
  • Manage service charge budgets, assist with year-end accounts, and oversee financial aspects of property management
  • Conduct regular site inspections, handle maintenance and repairs, and liaise with contractors to maintain high standards
  • Attend AGMs and Directors' meetings, providing professional advice to leaseholders and stakeholders
What You Need
  • At least two years of experience in leasehold property management
  • Strong understanding of service charge budgeting, major works, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A relevant industry qualification (TPI preferred) and the ability to travel to sites when needed
