Are you a proactive property professional looking to take ownership of a diverse residential portfolio? This role offers the opportunity to oversee day-to-day property management, ensuring buildings are well-maintained, compliant, and running efficiently. You'll be the key point of contact for leaseholders and residents, providing excellent service and delivering effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Property & Compliance Management: Oversee the management of a residential portfolio, ensuring maintenance, health & safety, and legal compliance are met.
  • Resident & Client Relations: Act as the main contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractors, ensuring queries and concerns are resolved efficiently.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in setting service charge budgets, monitor expenses, and liaise with accounts teams to ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Major Works & Maintenance Coordination: Work alongside surveyors and contractors to oversee repairs, major works projects, and Section 20 consultations.
