Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact, managing after-sales services, overseeing property setup, and ensuring a seamless experience for owners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main liaison for property owners and developers.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Keep owners updated on the status of their properties.
After-Sales Services & Vendor Management
- Promote and manage after-sales services, introducing owners to trusted vendors.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Negotiate with new vendors to expand service offerings.
Property Management Support
- Assist owners with utility setup, VAT registration, translations, material selection, and key handovers.
- Work closely with property managers to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
Issue Resolution & Customer Support
- Address and resolve owner concerns by coordinating with legal, accounting, and service providers.
- Act as a mediator in disputes between owners and developers.
Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.
- Improve customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to optimize performance.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Ensure timely processing of service invoices and payments.
- Work with finance teams to maintain smooth financial operations.
Short-Term Rental Platform Oversight
- Lead the relaunch and management of a short-term rental platform in the Alpine region.
- Develop partnerships with local stakeholders to enhance offerings.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for both owners and guests.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in French is required.
- Experience in administration, real estate, property management, or customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Commercial acumen with a sales-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel, particularly to France.
Work Environment
- Full-time role with an office-based or hybrid setup.
- Travel may be required for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
