Hands-On Property residential letting/ inspecting/managing with min 3 years experienceRole : Senior person Managing portfolio of studios/flats lettings the apartment and in central and North West LondonChecking and Approving AST’s and deposit scheme of tenants supervising checking maintenance contractors and repairs of the properties, etc.Inspecting tenants and management to ensure any repairs concerns are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.Checking tenants’ monthly payments, dealing with utilities bills council Tax and dealing troubleshooting etcDealing with director’s correspondence etc.Reporting to Co. Director and dealing with appointments and ad hoc requests as required.Self-confident multi-tasking working and independent and be working with team of threeworking with word excel outlook and IT proficientAt least 3 years’ property experience required, otherwise no need to apply.
