-Efficiently - manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards.- Oversee company facilities, coordinating maintenance and improvements as needed.- Liaise with contractors, landlords, and tenants, maintaining professional and courteous relationships.- Address and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff.
