Collins Property Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic property brand that specialises in guardianship across London. They are at a pinnacle stage of growth and are now seeking to recruit a Head of Lettings to lead their dynamic team.This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has previous experience working in the property sector either in Build-to-Rent or head office customer service. The right individual will have previous experience leading a successful team. Your responsibilities as the Head of Lettings will include the following:
- Manage the Lettings team, ensuring high levels of occupancy are achieved and maintained.
- Create and implement strategies for marketing new properties.
- Lead the Lettings and Community Management teams.
- Set clear goals and objectives and ensure core targets are delivered against across the teams.
- Develop the team, identifying skills gaps, providing training and growth opportunities.
As the Head of Lettings, you will be rewarded with the following:
- Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
- 10% Bonus structure.
- Retention bonus.
Required Skills:
- A keen interest in property.
- Experience leading a successful team either in Lettings or Customer Service.
- Ambitious and tenacious personality.
- An excellent communicator.
