Graduate Opportunity: Account Manager - Luxury Travel

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for travel? Our client, a leading company in the luxury travel industry, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. This exciting role offers you the chance to work with high-net-worth individuals and manage a portfolio of exclusive holiday homes.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for homeowners and property managers.
  • Responding to queries and maintaining the property portfolio to optimise performance.
  • Scheduling video calls with property managers for feedback and planning.
  • Collaborating with teams to support outreach programs and special offers.
  • Reviewing properties and assisting with strategic decisions on quality and value.

What Experience You Need:

  • A recent graduate, preferably with a degree in business, humanities, or a related field.
  • Some work experience where you have dealt with discerning clients in a luxury market
  • A passion for travel and an interest in luxury properties.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (Salesforce knowledge is a plus but not required).

What Else Do I Need to Know?

  • Salary: £28,000 per year + discretionary annual bonus.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
  • Location: Hybrid role - 1 day per week in a vibrant co-working space in central London, and 4 days working from home.
