- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of property managers, conducting regular performance assessments.
- Compliance: Ensure the business adheres to the highest compliance standards and remains risk-averse.
- Property Oversight: Manage property inspections, tenancy renewals, and maintenance issues.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Operational Tasks: Oversee deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in property management within residential lettings.
- Leadership: Proven ability to create a positive team environment and develop team members.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of current residential lettings legislation.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle is required.
- Earnings: Up to £53,000OTE with commission.
- £32-35K basic salary, dependent on experience
