This role offers a blend of leadership and hands-on management, perfect for someone looking to advance their career in property management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of property managers, conducting regular performance assessments.
  • Compliance: Ensure the business adheres to the highest compliance standards and remains risk-averse.
  • Property Oversight: Manage property inspections, tenancy renewals, and maintenance issues.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Operational Tasks: Oversee deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in property management within residential lettings.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to create a positive team environment and develop team members.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of current residential lettings legislation.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle is required.
Benefits:
  • Earnings: Up to £53,000OTE with commission.
  • £32-35K basic salary, dependent on experience
