Looking to recruit a Multi trade Plumber to join a leading property services company based around Tower Hamlets

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
  • you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths etc
  • Able to carry out repairs outside of core trade, remedial Carpentry works, repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles

Requirements:

  • Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
  • Ability to use hand tools, and operate small hand held plant such as drills and breakers etc.
