Are you a dynamic and customer-focused professional with a passion for real estate and owner relations? We are seeking an Owner Relations Administrator to join our team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with property owners, oversee property construction processes, and provide exceptional after-sales support.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary contact for property owners and developers.

  • Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with owners and developers.

  • Keep owners informed about their properties and key updates.

After-Sales Services & Sales:
  • Promote and sell after-sales services to enhance owner satisfaction.

  • Introduce owners to reliable vendors and service providers.

  • Manage after-sales service performance and onboard new vendors.

Property Management Support:
  • Work closely with property managers to ensure seamless operations.

  • Assist owners with key property setup services, including:

    • Utility Setup: Support owners in setting up electricity, water, gas, and internet.

    • VAT Rebate: Help owners with tax office registration and application processes.

    • Document & Call Translation: Provide translation support for smooth communication.

    • Material Selection Assistance: Guide owners in selecting materials for renovations or improvements.

    • Key Handover Support: Ensure a smooth key handover process for owners.

    • Vendor Introductions: Connect owners with trusted accountants, insurance providers, and interior designers.

Vendor Management:
  • Maintain meticulous records of all activities and interactions.

Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving:
  • Address and resolve owner concerns, liaising with vendors such as legal and accounting professionals.

  • Act as a mediator in owner-developer disputes.

Marketing & Business Development:
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance after-sales services.

  • Optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Financial Management:
  • Review and ensure timely payment of service invoices.

  • Work closely with the finance team for smooth financial operations.

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to property owners.

  • Proactively address potential issues to maintain strong relationships.

Short-Term Rental Platform - Alpine Region:
  • Lead the relaunch of the company’s short-term rental platform in the Alps.

  • Work with marketing and operational teams to develop and promote the platform.

  • Build partnerships with local alpine stakeholders.

  • Ensure the platform meets client needs and delivers a top-tier experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

  • Fluency in French is mandatory.

  • Experience in real estate, property management, owner relations, or customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales.

Work Environment:
  • Full-time, office-based or hybrid.

  • Travel may be required, particularly to France.
