An award winning real estate consultancy specialising in project management services for the UK's best known property developers known for their innovation and design is looking to appoint a Project Manager to take a lead role on a 100m project. You will gain exposure to first class professional teams and clients working across leading asset classes such as PBSA, BTR, Co-living and mixed use regeneration.
As Project Manager, you will be part of a collaborative work culture and have the independence to take responsibility for a scheme overseeing all Project work streams including strategic design, financial control, construction legals, statutory approvals through to practical completion. You will be expected to demonstrate in your role full confidence in as a client lead across all project management principles, such as risk management (time, cost, quality), stakeholder management, planning process and budget management; managing a client expectations as well as regularly interface with contractors on regular site visits monitoring progress as Employers Agent ensuring the JCT Contract and performance is being adhered too.
