Day-to-day of the role:- Managing a team of property managers and monitoring their performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
- Ensuring the business adheres to the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- Conducting property inspections and negotiating tenancy extensions or renewals.
- Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
- Handling deposit returns, resolving rental arrears, and processing eviction requests.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
- Ability to create and encourage a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
- Strong leadership skills to develop your team and advance their careers.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with all clients.
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
- Up to £7,200 in capped commission plus a further £3,725 uncapped commission target.

To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car.
